I really enjoy the Revels up here (shows on Tuesday and Wednesday), but it's in Tacoma, not Seattle! and I'm moving this month so need to concentrate on that. But I recommend the revels highly, and next year we'll go for sure.
Lots of samples from various Revels recordings on their site. Some are on sale until December 18, with free shipping on humongous orders of seventy bucks or more.

I haven't thought of the Revels in ages, and I don't know why because I love them dearly. Thanks for the reminder. I'm off to dig out my tapes.
