Seattle weblogger Glenn Fleishman (also here) shot himself in the foot by deciding to offer a book for free download without thinking about bandwidth charges. D'oh! I've sent him a small donation in honor of all the good work he does, though I'm not in the market for a book about Adobe GoLive.
