After many a day comes an update from Jon Singer. This time he gives sage advice (he's a notable food person) on how to get a primo sushi chef to do magic. "Imagine that you are a dancer. Now imagine that you are performing; most of your audience is in some other room, barely able to see you through a doorway (when they happen to be near it), talking about football, the stock market, cars, and their cousin Muriel's wedding or operation or whatever. The remainder of the audience is in the same room you are in; but they tell you exactly what moves to make, and then instead of watching you they talk about football, the stock market, and what's on TV."
