Beginning tonight, the science fiction writers in town to teach at Clarion West (boot camp for aspiring sf writers) will be doing public readings! Location is Kane Hall at the University of Washington, time is Tuesdays at 7:30 pm, cost is a modest 4 bucks (3 for seniors and students!). Tonight is Nebula Award-winning Pat Murphy, author of The City, Not Long After and many other books.
