09/28/2004 Entry: "East Side Weblog Meetup"

Next Tuesday, October 5, it's the Bellevue-East Side Weblogger October Meetup! This is a joint event with the Seattle Weblog Meetup (I can do that, since I'm organizer for both groups). Location is Crossroads Mall food court, time is 7 pm. If you sign up at meetup.com (it's free!), do RSVP there; it encourages other folks to come and I can send any last-minute bulletins (but I don't expect to have to do this). Robert Scoble says he'll be bringing some special guests, and I got a good response from Microsoft bloggers when I posted a message about this to the internal weblog mailing list. There's free wifi at the mall, courtesy of King County Public Library. Be there or be square!

Yes, there *will* be a Seattle meetup at the regular time and date (third Wednesday), never fear!
