Awesome! The Ivory Billed Woodpecker isn't extinct! There are video clips! (but I haven't found them online) And an NPR story. I'm sure cryptozoologists will wonder which other animals are out there, somewhere.

I'd heard the original Radio Expedition on NPR when it was first on (2003?), so when the news that they'd found and ivory-billed came down, I understood the excitement.

From what I read, the chief scientist broke down and wept when he saw the bird. Even as a testosterone-laden guy, I can totally understand.
