Last night I was looking at the list of free movies in the On Demand section of our cable service, and picked out My Bodyguard. I've seen it before, but not for a long time. My memory had decided that the young man who played the scary guy/bodyguard was Vincent D'Onofrio, but No! It was Adam "not one of the Baldwins" Baldwin, now appearing as Jayne in Serenity. He's worked steadily for the past 25 years.
I enjoyed seeing the movie again, except for the parts with Ruth Gordon. Martin Mull, yay! and a very young Joan Cusak.

That is one of my favorite movies. I love seeing the young mr. Baldwin and all the other young actors and actresses. Don't forget a pre-Flashdance Jennifer Beals, Matt Dillon, and George Wendt (NORM!).

Hi Anita, this is going to sound wierd, but I am helping a friend find her birth mother. She was told her birth mother's last name (maiden) was Rowland. She was born in Toledo OH in January 1976. She was put up for adoption and was at 4 months old.
We have tried petioning the courts, no luck.
If you have any info on this please email me. Her birth mother was 19 at the time and would be 48 or 49 now. Thanks so much for your time. I like your site by the way.

I barely remember that movie, but they made us watch it during either Freshman English or Freshman Seminar (yeah, I know - I went to a weird school) in high school.
