06/19/2007 Entry: "Nancy Kress Reads for Clarion West Free!"
Clarion West (a workshop for science fiction and fantasy writers) has begun. It's like boot camp for these aspiring writers, with a different instructor each week. The public can attend readings by each instructor, Tuesday evenings at 7:30 pm, at the Science Fiction Museum. And this year, it's free! The first instructor is Nancy Kress. Coming up in the future:

Oh, I'd love to come hear Kelley Eskridge, she's one of my favorite authors! But I don't have the vacation time available right now.
