Speakerphone
No longer diverted by other emotions, I work the way a cow grazes.

I got totally into the zone today, working on my zine. I spent hours at the PC, and they just flew by. It was an interesting experience, rereading all of 1998 very carefully. I only left the house to go get a hamburger up the street. My old format will still work; I'll just change a few of the graphics.
I've posted pictures of the Rhythm Hot Shots workshop on a new "dance album" site. Now I need to go back and post some stuff from earlier camps, exchanges and workshops!
I feel that someone is making fun of me on a local mailing list, in a very oblique way. I need to not mind this! (Am I coming down with something, to feel so sensitive?) I wanted to talk to him about it, but ended up not going out after all, so I didn't see him.
My sister M---- talked to me on her speaker phone today (her handset was giving her grief). It takes practice to use such a phone and keep your normal tone of voice. I'm sure Arthur thinks we are shouting at him when we talk that way at work.
