Up in the Air

To look back is to relax one's vigil.

I left Jack's place early, and got to work at my usual time. I was surprised to learn that Chip's wife Sally won't be having a scheduled c-section after all! The baby turned after all had given up on that happening. So Chip's plans are up in the air again.

Kellie and I worked on articles to be posted next week, when I'll be gone. Arthur did two that review previous columns -- which calls worked and which didn't, and why. Interesting viewpoint! Arthur (he's based in London) also sent us a box of Belgian chocolates. They really are extraordinarily good!

I felt bad when Jack sent me mail, asking if I'd gotten to work ok. Oops! Normally I let him know that I had a safe trip.

I left a bit early, to do more shoppping. I wanted something for H----'s birthday. Computer Stop didn't have what I wanted, but Fred Meyer did, plus I bought more stuff. I was really in a shopping trance!

I got home after a Wendy's dinner. The Overlake area is very congested! I wanted to go to Trader Joe's but gave up the idea.

Once home, I dug through a box and big tub of computer stuff, to find my Publisher 97 CD. Success! and I did some decluttering in the process. I needed to find the CD in order to install Publisher on the laptop that Jack is lending me for dance camp.
