Yukon Gold

I don't generally feel anything until noon, then it's time for my nap.

One year ago: A Stocking
Two years ago: Winter Blast

A year ago, I bought small gifts for a stocking for Jack. I'm doing something similar this year, but not exactly the same.

It's a good thing I looked to see what I gave H---! The blank book thing is always tempting, but I didn't get her the same thing as last year.

I've had my period since Sunday morning, and it was bugging me today, still. The third day! So I fell on my bed when I got home, and did that disorienting nap thing for two hours.

I'll skip the dance, I think. Darn it! Tomorrow I must dance.

This evening I wrapped some gifts, and sorted the rest, removing the price tags. I cooked some Yukon Gold potatoes in the microwave. I watched a bit of Galaxy Quest -- what a fun movie! It really captures a lot of what makes Star Trek dear to me.
