Today I got the Potlatch website updated at last! At least I accomplished this before the next committee meeting.

I've gotten a few responses to the one-time notify email I sent out after my last update. With my current server setup, I think it would be possible to set up a notify list that folks could add themselves to. Let me know if you think this is a good idea.

Jack's daughter H--- made peach crisp the other night, using the peaches we bought outside Yakima on Sunday. This was a recipe from the slow-cooker cookbook I got from the library the other week. It turned out great! Cut-up peaches cooked in the slow cooker, the juices reduced, then baked in the oven with brown sugar, butter, flour and oatmeal topping. Vanilla ice cream also. I think having H---- cook dinner once a week is a grand notion!
